反社会的勢力との関係を一切持たないことを宣言します。 Financial Planning & Analysis Japan Inc. (hereafter, “the Company”) declares that, in order to fulfill its corporate social responsibility and maintain trust and integrity, it will have no involvement whatsoever with anti-social forces.

1.取引関係の遮断Severance of Business Relationships
当社は、反社会的勢力との間で一切の取引関係を持ちません。契約締結前のチェック体制により、排除措置を徹底します。 The Company shall not engage in any business relationships with anti-social forces.
Through thorough due diligence and screening prior to entering into contracts, the Company ensures strict exclusion of such entities.
2.不当要求の拒絶Refusal of Unreasonable Demands
反社会的勢力からの不当要求には応じず、断固として拒絶します。必要に応じて警察・関係行政機関・弁護士等と連携し対応します。 The Company firmly refuses to comply with any unreasonable demands made by anti-social forces.
When necessary, the Company will cooperate with the police, relevant governmental authorities, legal counsel, and other appropriate organizations to address such matters.
3.社員および関係者の安全確保Ensuring the Safety of Employees and Related Parties
反社会的勢力による脅威や不当要求が発生した場合、社員および関係者の安全確保を最優先とし、適切な措置を講じます。 In the event of threats or unreasonable demands from anti-social forces, the Company places the highest priority on ensuring the safety of its employees and related parties and will take appropriate protective measures.
4.反社会的勢力排除の体制整備Establishment of an Organizational Framework for Exclusion
当社は、反社会的勢力への対応に関するガイドラインを整備し、継続的に見直し、適正な運用に努めます。 The Company maintains internal guidelines for responding to and excluding anti-social forces and strives for their proper operation through continuous review and improvement.
5.外部専門機関との連携Cooperation with External Professional Organizations
反社会的勢力の排除に関し、警察・暴力追放運動推進センター・弁護士等、外部専門機関との連携を図り、適切かつ迅速に対応します。 To effectively eliminate anti-social forces, the Company collaborates with external professional organizations, including law enforcement agencies, anti-organized crime promotion centers, and legal professionals, to ensure appropriate and prompt responses.
6.社内教育の実施Internal Education and Awareness
反社会的勢力の排除に関する基本方針を社員へ周知徹底し、継続的な研修により意識向上を図ります。 The Company ensures that its basic policy regarding the exclusion of anti-social forces is thoroughly communicated to all employees and promotes ongoing awareness and compliance through continuous education and training programs.
